I've been in the IT Industry since 2014 and during this journey I've had the opportunity of collaborating in different roles of support, training, management, and engineering in the Tech World. These experiences have provided me with vast practical knowledge in driving digital transformation and innovation within the modern business landscape. My Teaching and Business Administration background has ignited a passion for emerging technologies, specially, AI and its opportunities in business development, collaboration, learning, and creative work augmentation. I've shifted from consuming to building digital products and solutions learning valuable lessons in product launch, roadmap, service blueprinting, solution design, lead generation, lead management, negotiation and closing. Currently, I am perusing a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at University of Costa Rica and I am certified in several areas of Information Technology and Management, such as AI for Business Applications, Project Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, ITIL, and Agile Methodologies.
