I’ve been in the tech industry since 2014, working across support, training, engineering, and management. These roles gave me hands-on experience in digital transformation and innovation in the modern business landscape. Over time, emerging technologies sparked my shift from consumer to creator, leading me to design digital products and build purpose-driven ventures. I’ve developed skills in product roadmapping, service design and blueprinting, lead generation, and strategy. I’m certified in areas like AI for Business, Project Management, Agile, ITIL, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
